The company was formed in 1996 by Mr. Ramalingam and Brothers with the goal of designing, manufacturing and exporting home textiles of outstanding quality for global clientele. We are a progressive Vertical setup home textile manufacturing company born in the year 1977 under the aegis of Mr.Ramalingam, Managing Partner with a growing workforce. We are An ISO 9001 certified and SA 8000:2014 Compliance manufacturing unit, we are a growing brand of Home Textiles Manufacturers and Exporters.

Our skilled in-house design team creates around 200 designs of physical samples per year keeping in mind client interests and the changing trends every season. Infrastructure

The production unit (Weaving,Sewing and Packaging) is well equipped with cutting-edge machineries that are capable of delivering the maximum output in a relatively less amount of time thereby helping us meet bulk demands even at a very short notice.

DYEING

We are sourcing from our suppliers Cabinet Hank Dyeing Units and Fabric Dyeing Units have the capacity to produce 3000 kgs a day. We comply our supplier factory adhere to meet eco-friendly effluent treatment processes using Reverse Osmosis Water Treatment Plants in their dyeing units.

WEAVING

Our Weaving Unit comprises of 40 high-speed automatic shuttle less looms of with a production capacity of 3,00,000 meters per month with in-house warping and cone winding facility. We also have contracts with more than 100 Shuttle less looms, which adds to our strength.

CUTTING

modern fabric cutting system which saves time and highly productive. Cutting facility and an Online Inspection Team maintaining stringent quality standards.

STITCHING

Stitching of made-ups done in 15 in-house and domestic stitching units which are equipped with power operated sewing Machines ranging 200 to 250 are used. Perfect Sizes are maintained for the made-ups to ensure the quality by maintaining proper quality Control techniques. Quality threads were used for stitching the Made-ups to ensure the good Quality of the Stitching.

QUALITY CHECK

Checking of the Fabrics and Made ups done in the manufacturing site by skilled checkers and quality control chart in maintained to control defects in further productions. Quality fabrics are delivered to stitching time bound manner in our uniqueness. A High standard quality of fabrics and made ups are ensured through our perfect checking system.

PACKING

Packing has been taken care very much, a separate department has been there To taken over the packing. A separate packing manger with his skilled packing workers doing The packing at minimum time is our strength. Packing are made according to the Customers Specifications like Inserts Covers, Stiffener, Plastic Hangers, Normal Poly bag Packing.
